No Bake Healthy Snack Bites

If you’re searching for an easy to make but healthy snack to satisfy your sweet tooth…LOOK NO MORE! These yummy snack bites are super easy and are packed with ingredients that are good for you!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 packet Thrive Lifestyle Mix*
  • 1/2 cup ground flax & chia blend
  • 1 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

I use organic ingredients whenever possible.

*I used 1.2 ounces of Thrive Vanilla Lifestyle Mix, but you can substitute your favorite protein or health powder!

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients with mixer.
  • Roll into balls, chill, and enjoy!
