Words to Live By

As a busy mom who lost control of the TV years ago to Disney Jr., I rely on Facebook and Twitter to find out what’s going on in the world.  Besides news, I LOVE reading stories and articles that people share about friendship, parenting, family, and life in general.  Recently I came across this blog post titled, 7 Things Parents Should Tell Their Kids Every Day written by Karen Salmansohn.  I absolutely LOVED it!  I wanted to write it all down and keep it in my pocket to use as needed.  Then I thought how nice it would be to have these positive phrases hanging up for my children to see so that as they grow older they can draw inspiration from them like “Never Give Up” and “I Believe in You”.

Please feel free to download this 8 x 10 printable chalkboard art I designed to display in your own home.  Whether your children are age 1 or 25…these 7 phrases just might help them get through a difficult day or situation and move on with hope and determination.
